To use Icarus in Claude Code, paste the address https://withicarus.com/mcp into Claude Code and sign in to Icarus. Then ask for photos, videos or ads in plain words. It's Claude Code image generation that uses your saved products and characters.

## How do I connect Icarus to Claude Code?

Install it with one command, then ask for photos and videos while you build.

1. Run the command in your terminal.
2. Type /mcp inside Claude Code, pick Icarus and choose Authenticate.
3. Sign in to Icarus in the browser and click Allow.

### Where do I sign in?

Type /mcp in Claude Code, pick Icarus and choose Authenticate. Your browser opens, and you click Allow.

### Do I need a key to use Icarus in Claude Code?

No, you can sign in instead. A key from Settings works too if you prefer.

### Does using Icarus in Claude Code cost extra?

No. Connecting is free. You only spend credits when Icarus makes or edits something, and a shot that fails is refunded.

### Where does my work go?

Everything is saved in Generations in Icarus, and Claude Code gets a link to each result.

### Is my brand safe?

Before you connect, Icarus shows exactly what the app will be able to do. It only works in the workspace you choose, and you can disconnect it from Settings at any time.

### How does Claude Code image generation work with Icarus?

You ask Claude Code in plain words. Icarus makes the photo, video or ad with your saved product and character, and you get a link back.
