# Image templates

Ready-made images, made in Icarus by our team and by people sharing their work. Pick one, add a photo of your product or character, and Recreate makes it again.

## How it works

1. Pick an image you like and open it to see what it was made from.
2. Press Recreate. The maker opens with its words, its settings and the photos it keeps already filled in.
3. Add a photo of your own product or character where it asks, then press Generate.

## Questions

### What is a template here?

A video or image someone already made in Icarus, saved with its words, its settings and the photos it was made from. Recreate puts all of that in the maker, so you only add your own photo.

### Who makes these templates?

Some are made by the Icarus team. The rest are shared by people from their own work, after they confirm they have the right to share it. Every template has a Report button, and the team can take one down.

### Which photos do I need?

A photo of the product or character you want in it. The photos a template keeps, like a background, come with it, and you can swap any of them for your own.

### Does it cost anything?

Looking is free. Recreate needs an account and only fills in the maker: nothing is charged until you press Generate, at the same price as any video or image you make.
